Customer Care Coordinator job, Orpington, part time 21 hours, £18-22k pro rata, working for a consultancy

Your new company
This multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Orpington are looking for a part-time Customer Care Coordinator to work on a part-time basis. The working hours would be 4 hours each day Monday to Thursday and 5 hours on a Friday, these would be the preferred hours, however, there may be some flexibility on this. Your pro rata salary would therefore be £10,800 - £13,200.

Your new role
Your role is focused around the ensuring that client relationships are maintained and works are being completed in line with agreements. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all expectations are managed. You will be booking in appointments for internal staff, liaising with external clients on their queries and producing reports to send out to clients with updates on projects. You will be maintaining the database with the progress of projects and the completion of work, as well as other relevant information. You will be also be involved with other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working within a busy customer service / client support role where you have managed deadlines, will get you off to a flying start in your new position. Is it essential that you are IT literate and proficient on Microsoft Office packages. You must have excellent customer service skills and be confident to speak with stakeholders of all levels both internally and externally. Communication skills are a key requirement as well as working professionally, with the ability to manage your own work load.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £10,800 - £13,200 per annum for a 21 hour week. You will also receive life assurance, an excellent contributory pension and 24 days holiday pro rata to your hours. You will enjoy working in a busy role in a welcoming team in Orpington.
