A very unique opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and reputable company based just outside of Maidstone as an Accounts Administrator.
You will already have experience working within a fast paced business and now looking for an exciting opportunity to continue to utilise these skills.
Although this role will be working within the accounts department supporting the Finance Manager, you will also be required to support all areas of the business with administration duties.
Due to an increased workload this role is available immediately with potential interviews taking place next week.
Supporting the Finance manager you key responsibilities will be:
* Payroll Administration
* Basic Credit Control
* Coding Invoices
* Updating spreadsheets
* Bank Reconciliations
* Filing the weekly payment runs.
* Liaising with suppliers.
* Supporting the Office Manager
* Any other office duties.
