An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerk to join our client a private health care service based in Thanet.
A fixed term contract for eight months
20 hours a week - Monday, Friday and Saturdays £8.44/hr.
Do you have experience working within a busy medical centre? To be successful in this role you will have exceptional customer service skills, be organised and used to working to deadlines.
You will be first point of call for clients and visitors meeting and greeting in a professional manor. Maintaining an accurate medical record system. You will be responsible for dealing with any administrative issues on admission. Handling enquires from existing and prospective clients with digression.
To ensure computer systems are kept up to date at all times, to maintain all medical notes ensuring that all admission packs and notes are ready for pre-assessments.
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor.
The successful applicant will be subject to Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
