Join an international outdoor business, as a Full Time Processing Technician at our Offices in Wadhurst.

Páramo Directional Clothing designs and distributes top quality innovative products for outdoor people and leads the field in outstanding environmental credentials and social responsibility. We are currently looking for a full time Processing Technician to join our busy Supply Team team in our Wadhurst office.


The Role

To provide a laundry service for all imported garments that are required to be processed and ensure the appropriate quality level is adhered to. Highlight issues to the Quality Control department and support the Quality Control department in periods of high demand or low resource. Ensure adequate stock levels are available for Sales of processed products by:

• Being responsible for the laundry of all unprocessed products for FC free treatment. Reporting any non-conformance issues to the Supply Chain Team to take appropriate action
• Conducting, recording and reporting findings to QC department of all checks on garments that have been processed
• Being responsible for all stock and stock checks in the Laundry area
• Running daily reports on the unprocessed products and reviewing stock levels and creating daily schedules
• Ensuring the laundry equipment is cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis and there is a service schedule in place for each machine; highlighting any daily issues as quickly as possible, and arranging service engineers when required
• Assisting with the quality checking of Páramo products and components when required
• Assisting with the picking of QC Inspection stock.
