We are looking for an ambitious, target driven individual to join our friendly team in Dartford. This will be a busy, varied role where you will be responsible for running our Industrial business.

We are seeking an experienced consultant to cover the local area, building upon existing business and to also bring on new clients, developing these relationships further.

Candidates will have worked in a similar role for between 1 - 2 years, or have worked as a trainee consultant/resourcer and are looking for their next step up. This role involves the full 360 recruitment process, from registering your candidates to go going out and winning the business.

We are a well-established PLC with a national presence. We are ready to grow our teams with consultants who want to make their mark on the industry. You will be expected to bring on new business as well as maintaining our existing client base. You will be confident over the phone and face to face and will ideally have knowledge of the local area. Please note that own transport is essential to attend client visits, meet with candidates and territory mapping.
