Role:

We're on the lookout for a new Marketing Manager to work with us here at A+C Studios. We're based by the seaside in Margate and have over 10 years’ experience of producing animation. We write stories, make puppets and bring characters to life, frame by frame, all under one roof. We're a small team, including a studio dog, based in a stunning Victorian building.

Every day is different, working with clients big and small, playing with Plasticine and LEGO - could you be the right person to join our team? Or maybe you know someone who is? We're looking for a smart and ambitious Marketing Manager who can plan and manage our marketing strategy, execute email campaigns, build our mailing lists and write content. Ultimately, we need someone who is up for the challenge of letting the world know about our work and how magic our studio is in Margate - simple!

We understand in 2018 the world works in a variety of ways. We work at 7am with clients in Singapore and 7pm with LA clients, so we're open to either a full-time or part-time employee. We want the right person to join our crew!

Required Skills:

• Marketing and content strategy:Plan, organise and implement our marketing strategy.
• Lead generation:The fundamental goal of our marketing activities is to increase new clients and the amount of new animation scripts we receive.
• Digital marketing: Our services are often discovered by prospective and existing customers through search engines. Direct experience with SEO and knowledge of proven SEO practices is an advantage.
• Content writing: Being a strong writer and having the ability to convert powerful copy into leads through emails, blogs and onsite content is important for this role. An up-to-date knowledge of WordPress would be an advantage.
• Email marketing: Experience of managing mailing lists and implementing campaigns through email marketing tools (Campaign Monitor).
• PR: Actively seeking and maximising PR opportunities for the studio.
• Social media marketing: Demonstrable relevant social media experience.
• Qualifications and Experience: Strong marketing experience, with a track record of lead generation. A portfolio of compelling marketing campaigns that you’ve planned or created. 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
