Job Summary:
Join our busy kitchen and be responsible for ensuring the ingredients are prepped and ready for the Chefs to cook our delicious COOK food.
Duties:
Ensuring all ingredients are prepared to the best of your ability
Minimising the amount of wastage and meeting the correct product
specifications
Ensuring the correct ingredients are available for the menu at all times
Speaking up when something is wrong so it doesn’t jeopardise our customers or products
Taking responsibility for the cleanliness of the department and taking pride in the area
Reporting any broken or damaged equipment or packaging
Making sure all paperwork and Unity are used correctly
Working as part of an effective team and looking out for others
Being accountable for your actions by living the COOK values
