Our client, a top 25 Accountancy and Financial Services firm, is looking for an experienced Business Services Supervisor to join their team.

Based at their busy Sandwich Office, you will be responsible for looking after established and high value clients, assisting with any queries including on site accounting process and VAT returns.

As the Business Services Supervisor, you will be:

* Providing on the job training to junior staff, supporting managers and partners where needed.
* Involved in the detailed preparation of complex business accounts from the client's detailed or incomplete records.
* Preparing more complex corporation tax returns and reviewing the work of junior staff.
* Having direct contact with the client and third parties, dealing with Enquiries raised by HMRC.
* Identifying the potential for more complex tax planning opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.



Skills you will need:

To be the successful Business Services Supervisor you will be a good team player, as well as driven, motivated and proactive. You will have strong communication skills and have a flexible attitude to work.

You will possess 2 A levels at grade C or equivalent and be ACA/ACCA qualified. A working knowledge of Key, Key Prime and Sage would also be beneficial.
