We are currently looking for a Receptionist for 12 months maternity cover, for our Broadstairs based client.
An ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a customer facing role within an office environment and will offer exceptional customer service.
The duties will include:-
*
Operating our busy switchboard in a confident and friendly manner
*
Meeting and greeting visitors and providing them with a warm welcome
*
Typing quotes, maintaining records and issuing reports
*
General office support and admin duties
*
Ensuring that the Reception is kept pristine at all times
*
Reservation and preparation of meeting rooms
*
Organising refreshments/catering for meetings
*
Covering other receptionists for sickness and annual leave
Skills required:
*
Enthusiastic, confident and friendly personality
*
Previous experience of working in a professional customer focused environment
*
Ability to multi task, deal with interruptions, work to tight deadlines and prioritise
*
Calm under pressure
*
A good team player, with commitment to excellence in everything you do
*
First class administration skills, a good eye for detail and high level of numeracy and literacy (GCSE grade A-C English and Maths or equivalent)
*
Fully proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
The hours of work will be - 8.30am-5.15pm (Mon-Fri).
