Due to internal promotion we are now recruiting for an experienced purchasing assistant.
Candidates will need to be able to work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment. You will have gained previous experience of expediting products and will have a good working knowledge of international freight.
Duties will include managing an open order book, monitoring and progressing stock outages to ensure that orders are fulfilled. You will arrange freight for all purchase orders and deal with express freight quotations as needed.
Candidates suited to this role will have a gained a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
