We are looking for permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our Dartford based Night Team. You will work on a shift pattern with a 5 night rota. Average of 48 hours per week, start and finish times vary between 3pm - 7pm and 1am - 5am
What does the job involve?
Some of the main duties will include:
- Picking and packing fresh produce orders for some of our 700 customers in a chilled warehouse.
- Stacking orders ready for loading onto vehicles.
- Loading orders onto vehicles.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
What are we looking for?
- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience desirable
- Keen and enthusiastic
- Reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to targets
- Team player
What are we offering you?
Salary between £19,800 - £23,000 (£7.93ph - £9.20ph) including bonus. Overtime available.
Full training will be provided. You will receive 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
Watts Farms is a family-run business which covers 10 sites in Kent, Essex and Bedfordshire. Supplying 600 high end restaurants and hotels in London.
The Company operates a drug and alcohol screening process, which includes a pre-employment test.
