Instinctive Events is seeking a skilled, self-motivated and dynamic Marketing & PR Manager to join their team in Hartlip, Kent. This is an exciting time to join the company as they look to expand and develop.

The job role includes, but is not limited to:

- Raising the profile of The Listed Property Owners Club Limited and increasing the membership base

- Increasing the awareness of services and products offered by the Club, not only to members but a wider audience

- Developing and maintaining media contacts, and utilising PR skills to achieving frequent and positive coverage across all available media

- SEO and PPC management

- Promoting the Club’s national exhibition and local events, and increasing attendance

- Creating content, copywriting and general marketing materials

- Actioning the day-today marketing activities of the Club including website, email communications, direct mail, social networking etc

- Contributions to the Club’s bi-monthly magazine

The candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks and projects to meet the marketing objectives. A desire to take initiative and the ability to work within a team is also required, plus the ability to develop a strong understanding of the customer base and brand guidelines. This is a great opportunity for somebody in the early stages of their Marketing career and looking to take that next step to develop their knowledge and skillset.

Salary dependent on experience. Approx £17-25K

Full time – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Based in a small village on the outskirts of Sittingbourne, own transport is essential.
