The Operations Eastern regions are responsible for producing and distributing the high quality water which flows to customers taps. These areas look after 200 treatment works, boosters and reservoirs as well as 10,000km of distribution mains network. Technicians are out on the road 24 hours a day ensuring continuous supply for our customers.



Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining qualifications and workplace experience, and for the right applicants we hope the programme will be a solid foundation for a rewarding career within the Company. As an employee, you can earn as you learn and we will ensure that through the apprenticeship level 3 programme you will gain a solid grounding in all aspects of operations life.



We are currently seeking to recruit apprentices to work within our Eastern Regions.



Whilst we cannot guarantee roles at the end of the two year programme, we anticipate vacancies to arise due to upcoming retirements etc. and for you to be in a good position to move to a Trainee Technician role.



If you can fulfil the below we would love to hear from you:

* Hold a full driving licence

* Have a minimum of five GSCE's with grade C or above in Maths, English and Science, with appropriate qualifications at a higher level an advantage . Evidence will be requested

* Be available to undertake occasional additional working where this is relevant to the apprenticeship.



This role is field based so would suit someone who enjoys both lone working and working as part of a team.
