Role: Marketing Officer

Location: Mariner House, Dartford

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £21,676 - £27,095 per annum

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our growing sales and marketing department, based at our Mariner House office in Dartford. It will be your responsibility to work alongside our marketing manager to promote our shared ownership homes for sale and maximise off plan reservations.

You will be joining us at an exciting time where we are currently expecting 400 new shared ownership homes per year and have more than 1500 new homes in the pipeline to sell over the coming years.

Who are we looking for?

You will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, with a confident approach to your work. You will have experience of working in a business-to-consumer marketing role, managing social media accounts and have an ability to write engaging creative copy for multiple audiences and channels.

Your previous work experience will prove your understanding of traditional and digital marketing techniques along with your capability to analyse data for marketing planning and evaluation.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced working environment and will help to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate marketing communications that deliver sales leads
