The JCB Group is a family-run business going through an exceptional period of growth and this is set to continue. We have 17 sites across Kent, Sussex and Essex and around 400 employees covering multiple brands. In July 2018 we opened our new Euro Commercial Trade Centre in Rainham, Kent. This was a brand new site - the first of its kind in the local area.
Due to the success of the site we are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Executive to join the team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding business and offers the amazing opportunity of being involved in developing and establishing the business and client base.
What your role will be...
Your role will be to sell used commercial vehicles directly to customers by tailoring the experience to their needs, whilst following our sales process and providing an outstanding service. You will create and maximise sales with a new client base; taking ownership and being really able to make your mark on the business. Full training and support will be given. This is a target driven role, so you need to get a thrill out of meeting and exceeding your targets!
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00-18.00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break and Saturday 08.00-13.00 on a rota basis.
On top of a basic salary you will have an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £25,000 per annum.

You’ll be a friendly, persuasive, positive person, who is competitive, driven to achieve your targets and who values fantastic customer service. You will also find achieving targets important and have a real interest in the customer, and a desire to create long lasting relationships and tailor the sales experience to them. Previous sales experience is preferred.
