My client, a Building Services Contractor with a strong Mechanical bias are looking to grow their Commercial team with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally with no more than 2 years experience.

This Contractor focuses primarily within the Commercial sector, and you will join a growing team under the guidance of a Managing Quantity Surveyor who will not only delegate your workload but also set you on a clear career progression pathway.

You will be expected to:

* JCT Contracts
* Variations
* CVR
* Project forecasts
* Financial meetings
* Final account meetings
