Induction & Training Advisor - Up to £25,000/annum - West Kent

Our well regarded, award winning UK client, based in West Kent are currently recruiting for an experienced trainer to support a busy Sales inbound and outbound contact centre, working with Senior Management and Team Leaders to support the continuing successful function of the businesses UK Head Office contact centre.

Working for this well-known brand, you will be providing coaching, as well as learning and development interventions to contribute to the continued growth of the business, improved culture and employee retention. You will also be managing the induction process, ensuring new employees are fully integrated into the business, with the right knowledge and skills to be successful in this role.

You will work with senior management to identify the overall need and requirement for the business, as well as closely with team leaders to support with individual and team coaching as well as their career development too. As well as coaching, your ideas and input will be required to continue to evolve the businesses, sales incentives and motivation of the contact centre.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record or training or working in a management role in a contact centre or sales environment with a focus on training and coaching. You will be a clear communicator, with the ability to influence and ensure people engage with you and believe in your delivery. As well as all this, you will need to be analytical to review statistics and be able to identify business requirements independently. We require an enthusiastic candidate that has lots of energy and ideas.

This is a Monday - Friday position that offers core office hours, but a level of flexibility is required. There is no parking on site, but local paid for car parks are available.
