Location: Mariner House, Dartford
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £28,399 - £35,499 per annum plus Car Allowance of £1,921 per annum
What is a Sales Contract and Compliance Officer?
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Sales and Marketing department, based at our Mariner House office. As a Sales Contract and Compliance Officer you will support the delivery of the contractual obligations and programme delivery of Moat’s shared ownership pipeline. This includes a range of pre-sales functions to achieve off-plan sales.
Reporting to the Contract and Compliance Manager, you will ensure that early planning is in place to promote Moat’s shared ownership schemes. You will work closely with colleagues in our New Business Team to capture new scheme details including accommodation mix, property specification and Section 106 obligations. You will also liaise with the Marketing Manager to help prepare homes for sales, including ensuring the marketing material meets any Section 106 and nomination agreement requirements.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a good understanding of the processes for marketing and selling new homes, including those off-plan and an awareness of the house purchase / affordable home ownership system.
As you will be required to ensure relevant information is accessible to the wider business, you will be competent when using customer contact databases and proficient in Microsoft Office. You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to decipher and cascade information where appropriate.
You will have the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with key external stakeholders including house builders and employers agents.
As you will be out and about at times, we will require you to have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle suitable for work purposes. You may also be required to work outside of normal office hours to support the needs of the business, therefore flexibility is key.
