Emergency Assistance/Call Co-ordinator
Kings Hill
£18,000 - £20,000 + 22 days holiday + pension + private medical + fun company events and parties
40 hours a week - shifts are 12hour shifts (ie 7am-7pm,8am-8pm,9am-9pm)
4 days on, 4 days off.
Would you like to work in state of the art modern offices within a busy fast paced customer liaison role? Do you have relevant Customer Service and Emergency calls/Medical knowledge skills gained over the phone, or face to face?
As a Emergency Assistance Co-ordinator, you will be liaising with customers over the telephone and via email, and webchat to provide emergency medical assistance to customers. You will receive full training on the role but must possess the high quality customer service skills required;
Role Responsibilities:
* Managing customer expectations, assist customers with enquiries
* Accurately recording case information data
* Liaising with medical in house team and insurers to ensure the right kind of assistance is provided in the most efficient way possible
* Handling broker and client queries
* Answering customer queries via email, telephone or webchat
* Complete call backs
* Provide caring and compassionate support to customers
About you:
* You must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure
* Be comfortable using MS Office including Outlook
* Experience of working within shifts
* Ability to empathise with people in stressful situations
* Have good attention to detail and be organised
