Working in a busy environment where a range of services are delivered, you will be responsible for receiving all visitors to the building ensuring all contractors are supervised as required whilst on site, processing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages and answering queries as appropriate. You will assist in maintaining Health & Safety and security aspects of the premises, booking meeting rooms, maintaining filing systems and undertaking photocopying and faxing.
Additionally, you will assist with monitoring of expenditure, ordering stationery, issuing travel warrants & cash and creating and inputting of invoices.
This is a temporary position to start immediately and offers 18.5 hours a week: Monday & Tuesday 11am-3pm and Wednesday to Friday 11am-2.30pm.
Previous experience of working in a busy reception is essential along with good people skills and strong communicator.
The successful applicant will be subject to Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
