My well established Client are looking for a Temporary HR Assistant on a 3 month Temporary basis to join their Lewisham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within HR or an office environment and looking to expand their skills with a fun, busy, rewarding company.
You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a great telephone manner and customer service skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and part of a team. You will be working to tight deadlines and need the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
Main duties for this role will be :
* To manage of the on boarding of new staff
* Checking and verifying Right to Work documents, SIA licences, DBS checks
* Conduct and verify employment and personal references
* Issuing Contracts of Employment
* Organising the Induction day for our successful candidates
* Updating all On boarding documents daily
* Processing security ID cards
* Processing all new starter on boarding paperwork to the payroll team
With the Human Administration side of the role you will be typing minutes of meetings when required such as investigation, disciplinary & grievances. Processing leavers and archive leaver files and dealing with references and employee requests and other ad hoc duties.
