Customer Service Officer
HR GO are currently recruiting for a part time Customer Service Officer in the Ashford area. This company are passionate about people, they believe that local voices are the way forward to influence a decision.
Duties include:
*
Responding to all telephone and email enquiries
*
Providing information through triage services
*
Supporting the firm's various programmes
*
Identifying topics from various formats to be added to the database
*
Consulting with the line manager frequently
*
Gathering initial details for further inquires
The person:
*
Educated to A level standard or have at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
*
Intermediate knowledge of IT, especially Word and Excel
*
Good communication and organisation skills
*
Able to manage and prioritise own work load
*
Ability to adapt to changing business needs
Desired qualities:
*
Experience of working with volunteers
*
Understands the current challenges which are facing public services
This is a part time temporary role working 3 days a week, Monday and Tuesday (9:30am - 4:00pm) and Wednesday (9:00am - 4:00pm).
