We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Complaints Handler (with written complaints experience) to join our client.
The role will require you to handle a number of complaint/dispute cases by providing exemplary customer services in accordance with FCA and TIF regulations.
We are ideally seeking candidates from a complaint handling financial services background with exposure to written complaints handling. Otherwise good complaint handling background from another industry would be considered.
You must also have outstanding communication skills internally and externally (both written and verbal). You should have strong negotiation and resolution skills. Excellent organisation skills time management skills and the ability to meet tight time deadlines whilst retaining a high level of accuracy.
