An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a proven private client legal secretary. An outstanding legal practice in Maidstone require this private client legal secretary to join their busy team. The role entails providing full secretarial support to a team of four lawyers looking after diary management, booking of appointments, liaising with clients, LPA drafting and dealing with enquiries in person and via phone/e-mail.
The role offers excellent diversity covering all aspects of private client and probate. Ideally applicants will have previous private client experience, knowledge of the Land Registry portal, BigHand, Oyez Forms, Excel and Partner 4 Windows would be advantageous.
