Role: Sales Manager
Location: Mariner House, Dartford
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £36,876 - £46,095 per annum plus Car Allowance of £1,921 per annum
What is a Sales Manager?
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Sales and Marketing department, based at our Mariner House office. It will be your responsibility to manage and motivate our sales team, ensuring they meet targets for the delivery of Moat’s new homes sales programme with particular focus on off-plan sales.
You will work alongside our Marketing Manager to maximise the use of e-marketing campaigns, websites, launches, open days and utilising all sales leads.
Who are we looking for?
Your experience will have been developed in a residential sales environment, providing you with sound knowledge of sales progression, allowing you to support your team and enhance sales.
Maintaining and building excellent working relationships with a range of internal and external customers is vital in this role, so you will be a natural people person and confident in communicating with others.
You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to organise and maintain all office administration. Knowledge of the affordable home ownership system and an awareness of Homes England and Greater London Authority Capital Funding Guides is not essential but would be an advantage.
As you will be out and about, we will require you to have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. When required, you will need to be flexible in supporting open days and events outside of normal office hours.
