Our client a large financial company is looking for a customer services Advisor on a fixed term contract of 12 months
The Customer Service team is seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant individual to work
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy Customer Service department and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload to meet the departments' SLA. Quality will be a primary driver along with the ability to self motivate and drive exemplary service delivery. Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate and an effective team player.
You will need to be DBS checked and credit checked
