Our client, based just outside Tunbridge Wells, is looking for an Account Director to join their successful and established team.

They are a young, vibrant agency working within the Pharmaceutical industry, with a vision to be the most valued partner for brand launch. There looking to grow the business in the next year and the Account Director will be a crucial part of the development.

You will need to have:
* Have 5+ years within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally on both client & agency sides, and having launched or been involved with a pharmaceutical brand launch
Lead a growing team of account managers
* Have the ability to rapidly build highly professional relationships internally and externally with colleagues, free-lancers, agencies and clients
* Be a team player who's excited by opportunities to innovate (proof of concepts, adapting projects to fit new opportunities)
* Have the ability to manage challenging clients and direct them towards agreed objectives
* Author inspiring client proposals, quotations & business cases

Role Specifics
* To use advanced selling skills to excite, engage and retain customers
* Capture project need and manage the delivery to ensure excellent outcomes that delight clients and drive profit for the company
* Work collaboratively across the team to achieve business targets
* Share customer insight into the wider company team to continually evolve the company's offerings

Salary & Benefits
* £50k - £60k depending on experience
* 25 days' holiday

You will be based at the company's office, just outside Tunbridge Wells, you will need to drive due to the location of the office and their is parking on site

The hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
