Hear from our current Estate Managers!
“Being an Estate Manager is a rewarding job, I am very passionate about helping and influencing individuals lives. Knowing that I have made a difference to the lives of our residents is what I love most!
Each day is different, we take ownership of our estates and interact with other departments. I have access to all training and support that Moat offers, which helps me to keep up with the company’s core values.
Retirement Living have a wonderful team who are always on hand to help in any way.”
“I love my job because of the mutual respect there is on my estate between the residents and myself. It is heart-warming when I contribute to making our elderly residents day a little better. They are so interesting to talk to, because they have had lives before being a Moat resident, bringing up families, seeing world wars happen, having careers and so on.
The role is extremely rewarding and I am proud to be working for Moat and especially as an Estate Manager.”
Who are we?

Our ambition is simple - to bring an end to housing need.
We’ve been undergoing a period of amazing transformation here at Moat and our hard work is already paying off! In June we were shortlisted for Front Line Team of the Year at the 2018 Housing Heroes Awards! In September we’ll find out if we’ve won the Best Customer Care Award at the National Housing Awards!
