If you enjoy working to targets, profiting from commission or are in a sales role currently and wondering where to go next, recruitment is certainly the career step you are looking for.

Paying a strong basic salary of £21,000 - £26,000 and that is just the beginning. Randstad Business Solutions offer an uncapped commission scheme on top of this basic that will see you being paid for exactly what you put into the role. The age old adage of "what you put in you certainly get back out" - typically being between £30,000 - £40,000 in your first year and then anything above £50,000+ for the remainder of your career.
