Full Time Duty Manager
Average of 37 hours per week
Salary up to £21491 per annum
Based at the Stour Centre

We are looking for a confident, positive and highly motivated person to join our team of Duty Managers. Your job role is varied but is primarily to ensure the smooth and safe day-to-day operation of our busy leisure centre. You will be also responsible for managing staff, handling customer queries and some administrative duties.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager and Section Managers to ensure the efficient day to day operation and delivery of activities at the centre.

Previous experience as a supervisor and/or managing a team in a busy operational environment is essential. Knowledge of the leisure industry is desirable.

This post is full time on a three week rolling rota and shifts are based on an average of 37 hours per week, which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or have the ability to achieve this, demonstrate leadership skills and be a team player with good organisation/time management skills.
