My Client is looking for a Band 2 Receptionist to join their busy team in Faversham!!!
Job Summary:
Act as an ambassador of the Service, welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Promptly answer telephone calls to the Dental Head Office switchboard and deal with telephone enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Ensure telephone messages are accurately recorded and conveyed in a timely manner
- Ensure all staff and visitors to the premises sign in and out of the building
- Manage room bookings, liaising with Trust staff and ensuring rooms are neat, tidy and appropriately prepared for users
- Ensure morning and afternoon post is disseminated to all Dental HQ staff in a timely manner (same day)
- Work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the Service, assisting with a broad range of administrative duties as directed by the Business Support Manager

Touch Typing: Microsoft Excel: Microsoft Outlook: Microsoft Word: Reception: Switchboard: Telephone skills:
Dates: 22/10/18 to 9/11/2018
Days & Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30 - 5:00
