Work-based Tutor – Maternity Cover
Salary: £18,522 to £21,006 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (to cover maternity leave for up to 12
Months)
Locations: Princess Christian’s Farm, Hildenborough, however you would be required to travel to all Hadlow Group sites.
We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to act as a Work-based Tutor. Enabling students with learning difficulties and disabilities to access curriculum, supported employment, enhance personal and social skills, develop employability opportunities and independence.
The successful applicant must have an interest in and the flexibility to get involved with all elements of PCF and Hadlow Group activities e.g. poultry, farming, horticulture, catering, retail etc. and must hold a full driving licence. A level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy is essential as is a Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant curriculum area. A TAQA/AQA and teaching qualification would be an advantage or at least the willingness to work towards one is essential.
As well as a contributory pension scheme, a health cash plan and free car parking, this post also attracts 5 weeks holiday each year (excluding Bank Holidays).
