We are a multi-award-winning and highly successful Wine Merchant based in Lenham, Kent. We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper (with a difference) to work in our busy office.

You will be required to carry out the day to day bookkeeping processes for the business, including sales and purchase ledger, sales and purchase order processing, credit control, payroll, VAT returns, PAYE, online banking, bank reconciliations, FX trades and the preparation of monthly management accounts.

Key skills required:
Panache and the natural talent to adapt (We are not the company to work for if you are stuck in your ways!)
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
You must be a proficient and confident user of Sage Accounting Systems and Sage payroll (Experience using Sage 200 is desirable but
not essential as full training will be provided)
Have excellent IT skills and must be competent with Microsoft Office packages
You must be a quick typist. 40+ words per minute
A meticulous attention to deal is a prerequisite
The ability to work well under pressure
Be trustworthy and discrete

The successful candidate will be available to start work on Monday 19th November 2018 and due to the nature of this role, will be subject to a DBS check as well as full references to be taken from your current / previous employer.
