My client is seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Buyer for his rapidly expanding Land Development Design & Build company
The company are experiencing a period of growth & expansion, due to their successful business & strategic planning approach.
They are very accomplished in their field with an excellent track record of acquiring, developing and building an impressive portfolio of developments in the South East; from plots of new build flats to one off large scale luxury developments and this is an exciting time to be joining them.

You will have proven extensive experience in this field and have extensive knowledge in the following
Research and development; Identifying new areas of regeneration; new commuter belts etc ; looking at potential plots & prospective business options
Experience in large scale bids & progressing these – with the ability to manage a range of bids in various stages
Experience to converting bids to wins
Understanding of the companies Land Acquisition growth strategy; looking at company forecast and identifying areas of growth & also looking at risk
Good financial acumen & confident putting business proposals and tenders together
Forecasting and cost analysis
Dealing with planning portals application process ;
Dealing with due diligence & legalities of process in conjunction with the business partners
Dealing with local councils, planners and surveyors
Attending meetings and presenting
Experience & knowledge with other professional associates in the industry
All other associated duties in conjunction with being a Land Acquisition buyer
Developing and nurturing key business relationships across the board
Attending meetings with key industry individuals to discuss future plans
The Head Office is based in Rochester and you will need to be situated here when you are not out and about.

Ideally you will have the necessary qualifications in this field & able to demonstrate your knowledge & extensive business knowledge in this area
