Fox is a marketing solutions company based in Tunbridge Wells providing print, direct mail, creative, corporate gifts, storage and distribution.

We are currently recruiting for Despatch Assistants on both days and nights. This will be a busy role helping in all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the print production process. We are therefore looking for flexible individuals who are willing to work extra hours during busy periods. As the role involves driving, applicants will ideally have a full clean UK driving licence and fork lift experience however training will be provided.

Key responsibilities
• Ensure that the factory is clean and tidy both internally and externally.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of Health and Safety.
• Produce accurate stationary for all deliveries.
• Pre-load vans with deliveries and paperwork.
• Deliver jobs to our clients, suppliers and ad hoc driving duties between sites.
• Load and unload all deliveries.
• Check all deliveries against delivery notes.
• Assist in the Finishing Department on guillotine (training will be provided)

Person Specification
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills
• Able to work as part of a team and on their own.
• IT literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• A ‘can do’ approach and positive attitude
• Able to work on own initiative
• Flexible

The role would be 37.5 hours week working on a continental shift pattern as follows:

Days – 5.30am – 6.30pm with half hour unpaid break for lunch. Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sunday off, Mon, Tues, Wed then 7 days off until following Thursday.

Nights – 5.30pm – 6.30am with half hour unpaid break for lunch. Wed, Thurs, Fri night, Saturday night off, Sun, Mon, Tues night then 7 shifts off until following Wednesday.
