My client is looking for a Band 3 Dental Access Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Faversham!!
Job Role -
- To handle calls taken by the dental help desk
- Answering queries and booking emergency dental appointments
- Aassist the referral team with admin duties which include entering patient information, scanning, preparing post, making up patient packs
Essential Skills -
- Internet usage
- Microsoft Excel
- Outlook & Word
- Telephone skills
Desirable Skills -
- Touch Typing
- Medical Terminology
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- SmartCard
Dates: 15/10/2018 to 31/03/2019
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday- 09:00-13:00 (no lunch break included)
