As an organisation, Golding Homes is an established Registered Provider based in Maidstone (approximately 40 miles from London) who delivers high quality affordable homes and services across Kent
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification whilst working alongside more experienced colleagues gaining knowledge and skills to deal with a range of housing and tenancy related areas, including tenancy breaches, rent arrears, estate inspections, resolving neighbour disputes, dealing with anti-social behaviour and resident involvement. In addition, you will work proactively to address financial and social exclusion. You will place particular focus on debt prevention through income maximisation and effective money management, diversionary initiatives to minimise anti-social behaviour and creative solutions to resolve neighbour disputes.
To be successful for this role of Graduate Trainee Neighbourhoods Advisor, you must have an interest in social housing, strong communication skills and superb customer focus. As a performance-driven individual, you will also have a high level of computer literacy, the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You should have a degree and hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
The successful candidate will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of £18,707 to £22,865 dependent on the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experiences.
