We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual to focus on developing existing relationships and proactively securing new community fundraising opportunities across Kent and East Sussex. Do you have the skills to fulfil this role?

You will have a proven track record of line management and developing the skills of individuals, to maximise income targets, and the ability to develop and build lasting relationships.

Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to work effectively as part of a team. You will have the ability to think innovatively about ways to engage with both new and existing supporters, and be able to work calmly and methodically under pressure, in order to meet deadlines and deliver results to a high standard. You will have experience of developing and managing budgets and operational plans.

This role will be based at the Kent hospice but the ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential as travel will be required. This role will involve evening and weekend working.
