An award winning provider of large scale travel solutions, The Kings Ferry Group, is looking to add an experienced Sales Account Manager to their successful Sales Team in order to further drive revenue growth, whilst providing first class customer service, in line with The Kings Ferry company values. This great opportunity has arisen due to a recent internal promotion.
The Kings Ferry Group are market leading in the Ground Transportation sector and are part of one of the world’s largest travel groups, National Express plc.
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for maximising all revenue opportunities and demonstrate a real hunger for closing sales. We are looking for a fantastic sales person who can add real value to our already successful and ever growing business.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Delivering sales against structured KPIs.
• Establishing prospective customer’s needs in order to provide suitable solutions to their transport needs
• Providing prompt quotations and proactively following up on sales pipeline
• Building strong client relationships to grow your portfolio
• Responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery.
• Promote and upsell additional services
• Checking client itineraries.
• Invoicing private hire customers
• Organising any additional customer requirements as necessary.
• Chasing and processing payments for private hires
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• A proven track record in delivering sales against KPIs is a prerequisite for the role
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Experience in consultative based selling
• Quick learner with the determination to succeed.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to follow management instructions.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent telephone manner being able to demonstrate first class customer service
