Our client is currently sourcing several Service Desk Support Analysts to join their team in Sidcup. You will need demonstrable skills in 1st Line and 2nd Line Support, skilled supporting IT, experience with Microsoft, Skype, Networking, WiFi , to join their growing team

The work is very varied, working with staff and systems in several countries and, while it is expected applicants have sufficient experience to be productive from day 1, there are a lot of opportunities to acquire new skills in a friendly and professional environment.

Experience Required:

* At least 3 year's experience in Supporting users on IT
* Experience of Microsoft products, Including but not limited to Windows 10, Office 16, Office 365, MS Teams and Skype
* Experience with telephony, which includes Soft Telephony and Mobile Devices
* Networking and Basic WiFi skills
* Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008r2 and above

Preferred skills:

* Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
* Be Experience in using a help desk system
* Be Able to work independently as well as part team
