We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to help out in our busy office in Tunbridge Wells. The role is part time and requires working 5 days per week ( Monday to Friday), hours to be discussed.

What is involved in your job?

Responsible for administration of bank accounts for the two main trading companies including:
•Posting bank transactions.
•Daily bank reconciliations.
•Calculation of month end exchange rate variance & posting journals
•Online banking including set up of payment files, in multiple currencies.

Skills Needed:
•Excellent accounting skills with previous experience of banking an advantage.
•Excel skills at intermediate level (Pivots, Lookups).
•Excellent interpersonal skills, able to articulate financial information to finance and non-finance people.
•Flexible and adaptable.
