Part-time Circulation Assistant – temporary position

Based in Sandwich, Kent

We are an internationally acclaimed international publishing house with a reputation for excellence and we are looking for a highly organised and skilled individual to join our team.

Applicants should possess a confident and professional telephone manner and strong communication skills both verbal and written, have a positive can-do attitude and be exceptionally well organised. The job role requires a very high degree of accuracy, a keen eye for detail and the ability to deal professionally with our international clients and suppliers by both telephone and email.

Applicants should ideally have recent successful experience in telephone communication and administration plus advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. They should have a minimum of four standard GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade C or above including English and Maths.

The ability to work both independently and within a team environment is a vital attribute for the role as it requires resilience, strong initiative and a good sense of team spirit.

This role is for three days per week and is for a three-month temporary contract period with plans to review after this time.
