Swim School Assistant Courses Coordinator
20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Salary £19,020 - £20,403 (pro rata) plus benefits
We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual that will be responsible for assisting the Swim School courses coordinator with the management and continued development of the Swim School programme. You should be highly organised and have the ability to manage staff and deal effectively with customer queries. IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will also be qualified as an ASA/Swim England Level 2 Swim Teacher and have relevant experience of teaching/coaching children.
Responsible for assisting with the management and administration of the Swim Schools at Tonbridge Swimming Pool. You will be responsible for producing lesson plans, administering customer badges & certificates as well as provide teaching cover when required. You will also act as point of contact for schools attending swimming lessons.
