Porchlight is recruiting for a full-time Performance and Partnership Manager to run the Kent Integrated Homelessness Support Service (KIHSS), a contract for Homeless Services in Kent.
About us:
Porchlight is a charity supporting people who are homeless, vulnerable and isolated. At Porchlight, we are passionate about helping vulnerable people to reach their full potential. We strive for a fairer society where vulnerable people find stability, the most excluded are included, and where homelessness and poverty are things of the past.
The role:
Porchlight is excited to advertise for the role of Performance and Partnership Manager for the outcome-based Kent Integrated Housing Support Service (KIHSS) in parts of the West, East and South of the county.
We are funded by Kent County Council to set up and develop a network of organisations to provide practical and emotional support to the vulnerable individuals who are homeless or threatened with homelessness and build their resilience through a strengths based approach to help them move on positively from the Service.
The Performance and Partnership Manager role is to support the Head of Service, playing a vital role in the development of the KIHSS, and is responsible for the management of the network to support the homeless.
The Performance and Partnership Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong productive relationships across the network. This network will provide commissioned services with outcome-based contracts. The Performance and Partnership Manager will also be responsible for the performance management of the network in terms of contractual and regulatory compliance.
Porchlight is looking for a well-organised leader with the initiative to develop this Service, who can also establish and manage strong productive relationships with commissioners. You will be an inspiring communicator, who wants to make a difference with: experience of multi-agency working; experience of contract management; knowledge of the drivers for homelessness; and an understanding of strength and recovery based approaches to support work.
What you need:
Knowledge and experience of contract management.
Ability to influence others, negotiate and work effectively with a network of partners.
Excellent communication and relationship skills, able to give a strategic lead and inspire others.
Experience of managing large budgets to ensure value for money.
Benefits: As a member of the Porchlight team, you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits including:
