We are currently recruiting for a Brand Communications Manager to join a very successful organisation based in Ashford. Support that brand and marketing team with high quality and on-time project delivery, focusing on communications and customer benefit.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:
• Working with stakeholders throughout the business
• Build, maintain and communicate a considered customer communications plan
• Build and deliver process for reactive communications to our customers
• Support the Marketing Manager in reviewing platform content provided by sector teams and content owners
• Ensure content is customer benefit focussed, relates as appropriate to insights, trends, testimonials, and company products/knowledge
• Build and activate marketing plans for sector proposition launches
• Working in conjunction with the marketing and creative comms team
• Coordinate briefs, content and channel distribution (online, print, social), in line with available budgets
• Own and build plan for effective use of PR budget to build customer engagement and PR content across seasonal events, and promotion of customer benefits


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Relevant Marketing/PR/Communications degree
• Experience in building and executing customer communication plans
• Proven PR/external relations management
• Experience of translating market insight/data into a “so what” for the customer
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent eye for detail
