Person Specification.
We are looking for an administrator with purchase ledger experience to support the procurement and finance department and strengthen the team.
The job role will be varied and the applicant will require good communication skills, have a methodical approach to work and have a readiness to take on multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase Order Processing, including proper authorisation, coding (Nominal & VAT) and GRN
• Reconciling Supplier statements
• Credit Card & Paypal reconciliation
• Sub-Contractor invoices & timesheets
• Incoming Calls
• Greet Visitors (infrequent)
• Assisting the team in other accounting duties as required.
Key Skills:
• Microsoft Office use – essential
• Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
• Purchase Ledger experience – minimum 1 year
To be considered for this role you must be experienced in running a Purchase Ledger function from start to finish and demonstrate accuracy in your work with the ability to multi-task.
