ETA Ltd is one of Europe’s leading International Horse Transporters. We now require an assistant administrator to work in our small but extremely busy office in the Dover/Folkestone area. The ideal candidate must be able to remain organised and articulate whilst working in a demanding environment. You job will be to help to keep all company administration and finance records current and compliant.
Main duties to include:
• Record and process supplier invoices.
• Produce customer invoices, take payments & chase outstanding monies.
• Answer customer’s account queries.
• Input all financial data online, using specific accounting software.
• All finance associated administration.
• Assist with general office administration duties as required.
• Input customer and job data onto company CRM system
Requirements:
• Computer literate – Exel, Word, Xero, CRM
• Excellent communication skills including written aptitude & telephone manner.
• Genuine interest in accounts & administration.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
• Methodical approach with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Motivated, positive, confident and professional.
• Honest, loyal, reliable & hardworking.
Other Skills that would be an advantage:
• Knowledge of horse husbandry or previous work experience in the equine industry.
• Additional languages.
• Knowledge or experience of the transport industry.
