Offset Architects is an award-winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in Wrotham Heath. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Manager / Bookkeeper.
We are looking for an individual to provide sound financial management to the Board of Directors and to take responsibility for the day to day financial accounting activities. As a busy practice we are looking for an individual who can multi task and assist the Directors and the Practice Manager in the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years previous bookkeeping/ accountancy experience, be highly experienced in the use of Xero, Sage Payroll and Excel, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build good working relationships. An accountancy qualification and/or experience within an architectural practice is desirable.
Due to our location it is essential that you can drive.
Part time – approx. 25hrs per week – hours to be discussed to suit.
