Market Researcher Telephone

Are you great on the phones and love dealing with people? If so, then we could have the job for you!

Our client is an Award-winning market research specialising in quantitative research and opinion polling delivering exceptional customer service based in Ashford, Kent.

We are looking for highly professional candidates who are articulate and have a great telephone manner! Service with a smile is a must and able to discuss a range of complex business and financial products confidently.

Training Dates: you must be free to start ASAP 1pm-9pm, group training and assessments 1pm-4pm and first shift on the phones 4pm-9pm

Shifts: Monday to Friday 4pm-9pm as standard, and possibly for those looking for more hours 1pm-9pm shifts, so full-time hours could be available. Must be free for Saturday shifts 9am-2pm Saturday 7th and 14th June too.

Duration - Shifts are available until the 31st August.

Pay: £ min wage age related pay on weekly pay + holiday pay

Location: Ashford easily accessible via train

Skills required:
• Professional telephone manner
• Ideally experience within Sales, B2B, Contact Centre or Financial Services
• Ability to liaise with and question Senior Management
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong communication skills
• Tenacious approach
• Self-motivated attitude
• Top notch listening and questioning skills
• Ability to work to script
