DMS property maintenance are seeking applicants who have experience in administration and customer service calls.

We are looking for a full time or 2 part time employees, to join our team for immediate starts and throughout October in areas which match your skill sets from the list below.

45 Hours per week full time or a possible job share combined 45 hrs per week.

Our office is open from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. You must be able to work till 5pm.

Candidate must be able to drive and be comfortable around dogs as office is based in the country side and dogs are on site

General Responsibilities May include:

• General administration
• Putting Quotes together
• Answering phones
• Dealing with clients professionally and efficiently
• Email management
• Job bookings via our computer system
• Managing subcontractors
• Meeting Clients completion targets and other KPI’s
• Keeping track of operatives
• Taking emergency calls and distributing to nearest operative
• Financial control of jobs for completion, invoice & quotation

Skills Required:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft word, excel, outlook
• Adaptable to the various tasks required and a team player
• A proactive and optimistic attitude
• Experience with working in a fast paced office enviroment


Skills which are an advantage:
• Experience in the Repairs Maintenance/Construction Industry
• Schedual of rates knowledge
• Experience in scheduling/booking
• Financial inputting experience
